Delicious food, been coming here for over 15 years and still looks the same. Service is good, food comes out fast. Parking lot is a bit difficult to get out of, but at least there is parking. The regular size Pho is big enough for me, but if you are hungry they have larger portions for a nominal fee (1.25). Best part, the spring roll order comes with 4 rolls instead of two like most places. If you are in PB and craving Pho, give them a try.

Good experience. The staff was exceptionally friend, the noodles remained al dente (sometimes Pho noodles get soggy), the broth was 8/10. I felt a little bit low while seated on the booth, but otherwise the restaurant was nice and quiet. Parking was good but you have to three-way turn to get out. Interesting they offer a "surf and turf" option – clearly influenced by the success of this menu option at taco shops.

We love coming to this spot. The service is absolutely fast. The food is absolutely delicious fresh. Their Pho is amazing nice and hot and very tasty. My fiance is a vegetarian so it was easy for her each time to find something for her to eat as well. I love that they have a TV set up where if you go in on a Sunday you definitely can watch some NFL which worked out for me well. The staff is very nice very kind always checking on you to make sure you're good. Can't go wrong with this place if you're looking for a good mom and pop Pho spot. I'm definitely a fan and will be coming back as needed.

Pho Sao Bien accommodated a same-day catering sized order of egg rolls and my guests raved about how delicious they were. The staff was really nice and packaged everything properly for us. Thank you Pho Sao Bien!

I give them five stars for the good broths and fresh noodles, and the freshly made delicious shredded pork skin in the rice plate i ordered. I didn't like the egg cake in the rice plate because there was no green onions with it, only meat and eggs. But overall, i am happy with a fresh meal, old way of cooking pho that is not so sweet like the new shops nowadays. The young man who took care of our table was very quick and he got me the fish sauce I wanted. The rice plate goes with a hot soup bowl, which is extra nice that I haven't seen a lot around here.

This place is an absolute MUST if you’re in San Diego / PB! It’s the best Vietnamese food everrrr IMHO. The fried egg rolls with all the veggies they come with are to die for, and the chicken fried rice is the best fried rice I’ve had in my whole life. I used to go here a few times a month when I lived nearby and I miss it SO much! Please go. You’ll be so happy you did!

Was fortunate enough to run into this little gem of a place right before closing on a Sunday night. Started with the spring shrimp rolls that were so fresh and dipped into the delicious peanut butter sauce. I had the grilled shrimp vermicelli that was immaculate, and my companion had the shrimp pho that she absolutely loved. The service was great, the staff so welcoming and they were nice enough to wait until we were done to close. Will definitely visit again.

Some of the better pho I’ve found in San Diego outside of “little Saigon” in the City Heights neighborhood. The broth is rich and complex, the aromatics are fresh, and the meat is good quality. Service is also great here. Food comes out in just a few minutes. I enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee as well, they serve it in a drip over condensed milk, which is kind of fun to watch. Definitely recommended when seeking authentic pho in town.
